What will you do?
Your work will involve Autostone Rapid centre & Via mobile Smart repair or Mobile Tyre & Wheel or Mobile Windscreen repair – you may or may not already be a qualified Technician. If you are you will already understand the rewards involved and if you are not,you will begin to see as you dig deeper into the sector that it is a proud community of trained, qualified specialists, respected by peers, major international suppliers and insurance houses as well as by grateful customers at their point of need!Whatever your experience at launch we can offer a route to develop your career as a Mobile technician franhcisee for dealing with damage too extensive to repair. This career development path requires greater experience than windscreen repair but we will work with you,along with our partners, to allow you to attain the necessary skill level. This in turn will allow you to develop additional, lucrative, income streams within your own business. Your choice of vehicle is essential to your business, and we will offer you the full benefit of our experience in both vehicle
selection and also as you weigh up the options in relation to purchase vs lease for your business circumstances. We will
not force you to commit to an option that does not suit your circumstances and for this reason, to be clear, the van itself is
not included in our standard franchise package.It is vital when considering your options – and the many opportunity offerings open to you – that you understand all the costs for your financial planning, including any unexpected leasing costs for vehicles or equipment. We have therefore
outlined all the costs that you will have to meet, less vehicles, to allow you to get going -without any additional surprises!
Training and Support
We provide a full business induction and technical training toall our technicians, which includes gaining the Automotive Technician Accreditation (through the IMI Qualifications Authority or the body repair Authority ). Even if you haven't experience in running your own business and are
not a technician, we ensure that you get all the skills that you need to run a successful business before you even start.
We have partnered with Global Smart Repair & Sika and Esprit, both leading industry suppliers, to provide key elements of technician training appropriate for the uses of their systems and are delighted to be able to provide refresher training bi-annually to keep your professional skills at the cutting edge.
We will also provide full mentoring and on-going support to your business with our 7 days per week Technician Helpline, business advice help line (worth £18,000) and consultations to help share and build the network knowledge bank.
